The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive throughout our 5-night stay. We enjoyed a fantastic meal at the sushi restaurant, which exceeded our expectations! ! The garden view from our Studio Garden room was refreshing and serene, enhancing our relaxation time.

However, I noticed a lack of shaded seating around the pool, which made afternoons a bit uncomfortable.

We loved the beach and took advantage of the resort's awesome amenities, including water sports and the pool. The staff was super friendly and made our stay memorable. The food was decent too, with great options nearby at sister resorts.

The entertainment options were limited, so don't expect much after dark. It was a bit quiet for our crew, but we made our own fun.

The check-in experience felt less like a resort with its stark, office-like lobby instead of a welcoming atmosphere. Dining options fell short, with only three restaurant choices and a rather repetitive menu that can lead to mealtime boredom. Beach chair reservations were necessary, leading to an early morning scramble since prime spots were often claimed by guests before sunrise. The lack of late-night food options beyond 10 p.m. felt limiting, especially after a long day of island activities.

The beach was truly amazing, probably the best I've ever been to in the Caribbean! My room was a Garden Suite that had a partial ocean view, which made my stay even better. Staff was friendly, and I really enjoyed the variety in dining options available at the various restaurants. However, I did run into issues with the shuttle service not stopping in convenient places, which would have made exploring a bit easier.

The Alexandra Resort's beautiful grounds are easily navigable, providing serene walking paths and convenient access to the beach, making it suitable for seniors. The staff were exceptionally kind, helping us feel comfortable and at home throughout our stay.

Plus, the staff really made the experience stellar, remembering our preferences and going above and beyond.

But here's the tea, snagging a beach chair felt like a game of musical chairs! You'd better rise and shine early for a good spot. Plus, I ran into towel shortages and wished there were more seating around the pool. A casual dining option without reservations would've been a real treat.
